  • All our oysters are harvested to order, and will remain fresh for up to 8-9 days if stored correctly.

  • Unshucked oysters are happiest at 5°C, so make sure your fridge isn't too cold.

  • Stock usually sells out fast — pre-ordering is best to avoid the disappointment of missing out.

  • Shuck yes we do! — Select Home Delivery at checkout.

  • Rest assured that any oysters we make available for sale are 100% safe, and free from any harmful algal blooms.

  • Yes absolutely! We harvest to order and they remain fresh up to 8 days from harvest.
