1. Promoter

The promoter is Pacific Oyster Co.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 9:00am ACST on Saturday 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on Sunday 9 August 2026.Eligible purchases made outside this period will not receive entries into the draw.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to South Australian residents aged 18 years and over.To be eligible, entrants must place an eligible online oyster order through the Pacific Oyster Co. website during the promotion period.POS, market, cash, wholesale, cancelled, refunded, unpaid or fraudulent orders are not eligible.Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.Entrants must provide accurate contact details at checkout so the winner can be contacted.

Entries are automatic for eligible online oyster purchases only.

No additional fee is payable to enter the promotion beyond the purchase price of the eligible oysters.

Incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent or invalid orders may be disqualified.

5. Prize

There is one prize pack to be won, valued at $205 AUD. The prize pack includes:

1 x POCo Hoodie
1 x POCo T-shirt
1 x POCo Hat
1 x oyster shucker with name engraving
1 x POCo Mandarin Ponzu
1 x POCo Hot Sauce

Clothing sizes are subject to availability. If a requested size is unavailable, the Promoter will provide the closest reasonable alternative.The engraved shucker may include the winner’s name or another approved short name. The Promoter may refuse engraving that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading or unsuitable. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected by random draw at Pacific Oyster Co., Adelaide, South Australia, on Monday 10 August 2026. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Because entries are awarded per dozen oysters purchased, entrants who purchase more dozens during the promotion period will receive more entries into the draw.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by phone, email, direct message or the contact method supplied at checkout within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may redraw the prize. Any redraw will take place on Monday 24 August 2026.

8. Prize collection or delivery

The prize may be collected from a Pacific Oyster Co. location or delivered within South Australia, as arranged between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, failure to respond, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that if they win, the Promoter may use their first name, suburb and/or submitted entry for promotional purposes relating to the competition, without further payment, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the competition, verify eligible entries, contact the winner and provide the prize. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

11. Social media disclaimer

If this promotion is promoted on Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform. Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any liability connected with the promotion.

12. General conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, entrants and eligible purchases.The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a way that is misleading, fraudulent, abusive or damaging to the Promoter. If the promotion cannot run as planned due to events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to any applicable laws. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
