Storage & Handling

Keep unshucked refrigerated at around 5 °C — they are best enjoyed within 4 days of harvest for peak flavour, and no later than 8 days, in line with our oyster care guide.

Shucked & Topped (Kilpatrick) oysters are shucked fresh, then snap-frozen at peak quality to lock in flavour and freshness. Keep frozen at −18 °C or colder.
