Our oysters are harvested right before collection!
For our weekend pop-up shops, our oysters are harvested on Thursdays and are available directly to you! Less time out of the water means more flavour and integrity, and a much more enjoyable experience. If you wanted them any fresher, you would have to drive all the way to the Eyre Peninsula and harvest them yourself! This is our commitment to you: The freshest oysters that don't cost an arm and a leg.
